Meet Jess
I’m Jess Clark, a Registered Massage Therapist and the owner of The Wellnest. I’m a 2200-hour graduate of Georgian College in Ontario and have been practicing massage therapy since 2011.

After graduating, I spent two years practicing in Toronto before relocating to Alberta. Over the years, I’ve worked in multidisciplinary clinics, wellness centres, and clinical spa environments, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support a wide range of musculoskeletal and soft tissue conditions, including acute and chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and injury recovery.

I work with clients across the lifespan, supporting diverse needs including pre- and postnatal care and TMJ treatment. My practice is grounded in ongoing professional development and evidence-based care. I value the role of skilled therapeutic touch in supporting physical recovery, regulating the nervous system, and reducing the effects of stress—recognizing the important connection between physical health, mental well-being, and overall resilience.

Connection is at the heart of my work. My practice has grown organically through trusted referrals, with many clients staying long-term and referring their partners, families, and friends—confident in the attentive, consistent, and high-quality care they receive.

Care is never routine. Every treatment is intentionally designed around your individual needs in that moment.
